September 1st, 2018
That day will forever be one of my very favorite days! Everything came together beautifully with only a few minor hiccups (like the amazing hand-lettered program on a vintage window pane that the wind knocked over and shattered right before the ceremony, or having to use my father’s wedding band during the ring exchange because David’s never made it to the ceremony, or running out of our reception in a rush before the car was even packed because guests were told to line up and light the 30 second sparklers before we were even ready to leave. ha!) All in all, it was exactly what I wanted and had envisioned, and at the end of the whirlwind of a day, I went home with my best friend turned hubby!
I won’t waste your time by gushing over the little details and moments that made our day special. I’ll just leave you with the pretty images that document our wedding so well! All the details of vendors and special items are listed at the bottom of the post.
Enjoy!
I mean…. dang!

Photos of us printed by Artifact Uprising that our guests at bridal showers and our wedding used to write us notes, encouragement, memories, prayers, advice, and well-wishes! One of my VERY favorite things we’ve kept to display in our home!
Bridal party t-shirts found on Wal-Mart clearance and monogrammed by my talented SIL
Veil handmade by my sweet Aunt B.
My beloved pearl earrings were passed down to me from my Granny’s jewelry collection just days after she passed away. My sweet Granny passed only a few months before our wedding, so it was the most special (and most emotional) being able to proudly wear her pearls that day.
Hand-lettered windowpane “program” (that I’m so thankful our photographer’s photographed before it shattered to pieces!), wooden coffee quote, and all chalkboard signs made by my incredible friend Jennifer
Ceremony music by our good friends Durgan and Carly. Special communion and prayer music by my brother, Darren.
Highlight video music – composed for our wedding by my sweet hubby himself!
I hope you enjoyed this little glimpse into our wedding day, just as much as I loved reliving it!
