Happy New Years Eve, friends! Can you believe this year is already coming to an end? I’ve come to realize that its true, the older you get the faster time goes by. Not only are we entering a new year, but a NEW DECADE!! What!?

To say that 2019 was a great year would be a total understatement.

This past year was huge for me and my business. I learned so much more about myself and what ignites excitement and passion within my work. I challenged my creativity and realized there’s so much more growing to be done. I craved learning about all.the.things. and how I can better myself and my career. I honed in on WHY this “job” is important to me. I set goals and opened my eyes to a bigger picture. I served some of the most amazing people in Northwest Arkansas and still feel in awe at the overwhelming amount of people that chose me to capture such sweet, intimate, important moments in their lives.

This is my first time putting together a “favorites of” showcasing some of my favorite images from galleries over the entire year. As I was going through each session and wedding, I’m not going to lie…. I got a little choked up! Reviewing these galleries just reminds me of how GRATEFUL I am for client-turned-friends who allow me the privilege of  capturing the sweetest seasons of their lives. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – it is a privilege I do not take lightly!

It is so fun going back through each gallery and being reminded by all the funny, emotional, sometimes stressful moments that made up each memory. It is also SO HARD to choose favorites without making this post the longest in history! And no, I did not choose images from EVERY session because that would have been quite overwhelming for you! As I looked through each gallery, it was interesting to see which images I gravitated towards choosing. A “favorite” image can be anything from an emotional moment, a composition that I loved, a tricky situation I was able to overcome, or pretty much anything that caught my eye. You’ll notice a lot of the images I chose are not necessarily the pretty ones grandma will want to hang on the wall, but the ones that embody real emotion and genuine connection.

So many newborns in 2019!! The day I found out I would be an Aunt to a baby boy!!  The sessions that made me fall in love with Personal Branding Photography. This isn’t even all the newborns…  The prettiest and sweetest brides!
I had a good number of seniors this year too! My sweet little nephew nugget *insert heart eyes*
Joined the BluTaylor fam and provided them some new lifestyle images of their sweet baby girl hats!
I have photographed this family now for five years, and it’s the sweetest every time. Photographed my sweet step-nephews! Witnessed our besties become parents!!

Ended the year with the biggest smile and fullest heart!
